- Key functions include systematic preparation and submission of PCDO, MCDO, 20-Point PPT, and various data reports to Headquarters within stipulated timelines.
- Recruitment panels are processed promptly in accordance with rules, ensuring transparent and well-organized appointments, along with effective conduct of HR initiatives and employment drives to strengthen divisional efficiency.
