Our Role & Responsibility
The Personnel Department of Jodhpur Division is responsible for the recruitment, training, welfare, and administration of railway staff.
We ensure the implementation of establishment rules, handle transfers, promotions, and settlements, and maintain industrial relations. Our mission is to maintain a motivated workforce and ensure the smooth functioning of the division through efficient human resource management.
